  • Achieve sales goals through prospecting and referrals.
  • Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
  • Must be comfortable with cold calling.
